This policy applies to Wix website owners ("Merchants") who install the app from the Wix App Market, as well as visitors ("Buyers") who interact with or purchase merchandise through embedded MyTshirt store widgets.

We adhere to strict data minimization principles:

• Uploaded Artwork & Logos: Image files (logos, graphics, illustrations) uploaded to generate real-time product mockups.
• Printed Text / Slogans: Text strings entered for product imprints and captions.
• Store Styling & Preferences: Selected button colors, background frame colors, border widths, overlay transparencies, product sequencing, and display counts (1 to 60 products).
• Monetization Identifiers: Optional 18-digit Zazzle Ambassador IDs and custom Zazzle store names.
• Technical & Platform Data: Wix Instance/Component IDs, IP address (anonymized where required), browser user agent, and aggregate widget impression/click counters.
• No Financial / Payment Data Stored: We do not collect or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details. All checkout transactions take place on Zazzle's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout.

• Amazon Web Services (Cloudfront CDN): Fast and secure delivery of static product imagery and stylesheets.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "User") and MyTshirt ("App", "we", "us", operated by smilingoat / Ben Baler). By installing or using our web application, Wix App integration, or embedded storefront widgets, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

MyTshirt is an instant print-on-demand merchandising solution designed exclusively for Wix websites (not a standalone platform; requires an active Wix site to install). The Service enables Merchants to upload graphics and slogans, generate real-time product mockups across 24 curated merchandise types, embed customizable storefront widgets on their Wix pages, and direct customers to Zazzle for order fulfillment and payment processing.

3. Intellectual Property & Merchant Content License

A. Merchant Retains Full Ownership: You retain all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in and to any logos, images, slogans, graphics, or branding materials you submit or display through the Service.

B. Limited License to MyTshirt & Zazzle: Solely for the purpose of operating the Service, rendering product mockups, displaying store widgets, and fulfilling ordered merchandise, you grant MyTshirt and our manufacturing partner Zazzle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, scale, reproduce, and display your Merchant Content.

C. Content Warranties: You represent that you own or possess all necessary rights and licenses for your content, and that it does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or contain unlawful material.

4. Global On-Demand Fulfillment & Customer Orders (Zazzle)

Physical manufacturing, printing, shipping, packaging, returns, and customer service for all purchased merchandise items are handled on-demand by Zazzle Inc. All financial transactions take place on Zazzle's secure checkout infrastructure and are subject to Zazzle's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

5. Zazzle Ambassador Program Earnings

Merchants who connect a valid 18-digit Zazzle Ambassador ID may receive a 15% referral commission on qualifying Cross-Promotion sales routed through their widget. Earnings, payouts, and referral tracking are administered directly through the Merchant's registered Zazzle Ambassador account.

6. Subscriptions, Premium Features & Billing

MyTshirt offers both a Free Plan (up to 6 products) and Premium Plan (up to 60 products, watermark removal, sales pop-up widget, custom store names, advanced analytics) at $6.99/month (or $5.83/month billed annually). Premium subscription billing for Wix users is administered directly through Wix Billing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTSHIRT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
