Quick start
Install on Wix
Add MyTshirt from the Wix App Market to the Wix site you want to edit. The widget is attached to that site; it cannot run as an independent website.
Open Settings
In the Wix Editor, select the MyTshirt widget and open its Settings panel. Only a verified site owner can read or change configuration.
Complete onboarding
Choose a display mode, configure its products, select the display count, and finish setup. A new widget opens onboarding; an existing configured widget opens the full settings panel.
Preview and publish
Review the widget on desktop and mobile in Wix. MyTshirt settings auto-save, but Wix page changes still follow Wix's normal Save and Publish workflow.
Choose the right display mode
The modes use the same widget layout but get their products from different sources. You can switch modes later; saved settings for each mode are retained.
Selected Products Mode
Choose from MyTshirt's curated merchandise catalog, place your own logo or artwork on generated product mockups, and add optional printed text.
- You select and reorder individual product slots.
- Logo, artwork, text, and photo-background controls apply.
- Purchase links create the configured product on Zazzle.
Full Zazzle Store Mode
Populate the widget from a Zazzle store feed. The feed supplies each product's existing image, name, artwork, and purchase link.
- Sort by Most Popular or Newest First.
- Logo and printed-text tools do not modify feed products.
- Free uses the featured feed; Pro can connect a custom store name.
Add artwork and printed text
These controls are used in Selected Products Mode. Choose Upload Logo, Art or Photo to open Wix Media Manager, then select the image you want placed on the merchandise mockups.
Artwork tips
- Use a high-resolution image; transparent PNG is usually the most flexible for logos.
- Leave transparent space around the design only when you want that spacing on the product.
- Use only artwork, trademarks, photos, and text you have permission to reproduce.
- The preview is a digital mockup. Final placement and color can vary by product.
Printed text
- Enter up to 30 characters for a name, slogan, or short message.
- The text can appear with artwork or act as the main imprint.
- Leaving it intentionally empty removes the printed text.
- The saved text is included when MyTshirt builds a compatible Zazzle purchase link.
Choose products and layout
Selected Products Mode
- Choose how many cards to display.
- Select Change Product on a slot to open the curated catalog.
- Choose a replacement product.
- Drag and drop cards to change their order.
Zazzle Store Mode
- Pro users enter the store name from their Zazzle store URL.
- Choose Most Popular or Newest First.
- Select how many feed products to display.
- Confirm the feed is available in the widget preview.
Match the widget to your website
Readability tip: If text blends into the product, increase details-overlay opacity or choose a more contrasting text color. The neutral default is a white overlay at 85% with dark text.
Sales, checkout, fulfillment, and earnings
What happens after a visitor clicks Buy?
- The visitor leaves the Wix widget and opens a regional Zazzle product or creation page.
- Zazzle shows the current product options, live price, promotions, availability, tax, and shipping information.
- The visitor completes payment with Zazzle—not with MyTshirt or your Wix widget.
- Zazzle produces and ships the item and handles order questions or returns.
Ambassador ID and referral earnings
Pro users can add a valid 18-digit Zazzle Ambassador ID. Qualifying Cross-Promotion purchases may earn the referral percentage shown in the app, subject to Zazzle's current program rules. Zazzle decides attribution, eligibility, earnings, payout thresholds, and taxes. If the field is blank, the app's default Ambassador ID is used. You can find the ID in your Zazzle Ambassador account.
Store earnings are different: If Full Zazzle Store Mode displays your own store, product royalties and store earnings are governed by that Zazzle store's settings. An Ambassador referral is a separate program and is never guaranteed merely because a product came from your store.
Regional storefront, sales pop-up, and analytics
- Language & Currency Storefront chooses the regional Zazzle destination used by purchase links. It helps localize the buying experience but does not lock exchange rates, shipping availability, tax, or the final checkout total.
- Sales Pop-Up · Pro shows a floating product-deals prompt to site visitors. Use Preview Pop-Up before enabling it.
- Analytics · Pro shows aggregate widget views and product clicks. These are engagement counters—not confirmed Zazzle orders, revenue, unique visitors, or commission statements.
Free and Pro
Clicking a locked Pro feature opens Wix Billing. Wix displays the current monthly or yearly price and manages the subscription, invoice, renewal, cancellation, and applicable trial.

Troubleshooting
The widget shows the wrong logo or text
Confirm you are editing the intended widget component and are in Selected Products Mode. Re-select the image in Wix Media Manager, verify the printed-text field, wait for “Changes saved,” and then preview the Wix page again.
The logo upload button keeps loading
The button stays busy while Wix Media Manager opens. If the picker never appears, close and reopen the app settings panel and try again. Browser privacy or extension settings can also interfere with Wix dialogs.
A color changed the wrong area
Product Photo Background changes the background rendered inside supported product images. Product Details Overlay changes only the solid area behind title, price, and button. Card Border surrounds the full product card.
My Zazzle products are unavailable
Check the Zazzle store name and confirm the public store/feed is available. MyTshirt intentionally does not replace a failed store feed with unrelated curated products. You can temporarily switch to Selected Products Mode.
I cannot edit a locked feature
The feature requires Pro. Clicking its locked card should open Wix Billing. If you already subscribed, reopen the editor so Wix can provide the current plan entitlement to the app.
My changes are not visible on the live website
First confirm MyTshirt showed “Changes saved.” Then use Wix Preview. If the editor looks correct but the public website does not, save and publish the Wix site—the MyTshirt autosave and Wix site publishing are separate actions.
A shopper needs order help
Use the Zazzle order confirmation and Zazzle support because Zazzle owns checkout, production, delivery, and returns. MyTshirt does not have the shopper's card or shipping details.
Privacy, ownership, and safe use
You keep ownership
You retain your rights in uploaded logos, artwork, photos, and slogans. You grant only the limited rights needed to store, render, display, and fulfill the configured merchandise.
You must have permission
Do not use copyrighted art, trademarks, personal images, or other protected material unless you own it or have authorization to reproduce it.
MyTshirt stores widget configuration, branding assets or references, Wix installation identifiers, and aggregate views/clicks needed to operate the app. MyTshirt does not collect shopper payment-card, billing-address, or shipping-address information; checkout happens on Zazzle.
